Who we are
IA Solutions (“we”) is the controller of personal data collected through iasolutions.gr and the client portal.

This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under the GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019. It is an information notice, not legal advice.
What we collect
Contact form / guest ticket: name, email, optional company or website, optional phone, subject, and message.
If you have a portal account: login details, projects, invoices, files, quotes, and support tickets you already use with us.
Technical: IP address (rate limiting and security), PHP session cookie, language preference, and server logs needed to run the site.
We do not run advertising pixels or analytics scripts on this site.
Why we use it
To answer an enquiry or take steps toward a project (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To operate the client portal, invoices, and support (contract).
To keep the site secure and limit abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests).
We do not use contact-form data for newsletters or ads unless you clearly ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and tickets: for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterward for support history (typically up to 24 months after the last message, unless a longer legal retention applies).
Portal and billing records: for the life of the client relationship and as required by tax and accounting law.
Session cookie: 24 hours.
Rate-limit records: a few hours.
Who else sees it
Hosting and database: Hostinger (EU hosting used for this website).
Email: messages may be sent through our configured mail/SMTP provider.
If you book a call via Calendly, that booking is processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy. We only link out; we do not embed their widget.
We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We do not appoint a Data Protection Officer. The contact above is the point for data requests.
